*"Non-exclusive"
means that the rights to the cartoon may be sold by the cartoonist,
to other publications at
the same time as it is sold to you. However, discretion is used to
insure that the same cartoon does not appear in competing publications at
the same time. Also a 60 day "term of exclusivity" is
available to you for an additional fee.
